Nordic Bath & Sauna

Let yourself be tempted by an extraordinary sensory experience, beyond the ordinary, beyond time. Let's face it — we're all rushing, everything moves too fast. Who doesn't dream of having more time for themselves, for others, for friends? Time to enjoy life a little more.

Settle into our sauna or our Nordic bath. At any hour, the experience is intense: during the day as a couple, at dusk, at night among friends — every moment is lived differently.

Switch off the lights, forget your phones, tablets and laptops, light a few candles and let yourself be enchanted by the crackling and the pleasant scent of the wood fire, the fragrance of Red Cedar... the silence.

You relax, you talk, you reconnect, you feel good.

The Nordic bath and the sauna are available every day from 4pm to 7pm. Please give us 25 minutes' notice for the sauna (heating time), and the day before for the Nordic bath, which we heat with wood. Please remember to bring flip-flops.

One session is included per stay. Additional sessions are priced at €15 for the sauna (30 minutes) and €20 for the Nordic bath (30 minutes).

Massage, yoga & sound bath

For your well-being, we offer a range of services renowned for soothing body and mind. Our yoga sessions, suitable for all levels, promote relaxation and flexibility. Immerse yourself in sound baths, a deeply immersive experience that will help you let go and find your inner balance. We also offer revitalising massages, carried out by experienced professionals, allowing you to release the tensions of everyday life. Our pool is a true haven of peace, heated from mid-April to late September for optimal comfort. Open every day from 10am to 7pm, it is the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the sun. The sun loungers, with stunning views of the mountains, invite you to relax and savour every moment. A solar shower is also available for a refreshing rinse after your swim. Whether you fancy a few lengths or simply wish to lounge by the water, our pool promises an unforgettable experience in the heart of nature.
